George's Surf School is a surf school in Polzeath, Cornwall, England.
Private-only surf coaching school at Polzeath, run by George Stoy — a professional surf and alpine instructor who lives between Polzeath and Champéry, Switzerland. Instructors are ISA / Surfing GB qualified coaches and international beach lifeguards, all over 25 and trained by George. Teaching is 1:1 or small private groups, in English, French, Spanish or German. Meeting point is Busty Moo's Magic Surf Hire at the Polzeath beach car park entrance; lessons also meet at Harlyn Bay (steps from the grass car park) and Constantine Bay (café in the car park). Lessons
- Private coaching: 2-hour lesson, 3-hour half day, or 6-hour day (max 6 people)
- Children's Introduction to the Ocean: 1 hour, ages 5–6 (max 2 children; 1:1 recommended)
- Age-banded children's lessons: 7–9 (2 hours, max 4:1); 9–11; 12–14; 14–16
- Video coaching: 2 hours (max 4)
- Beginner lesson in waist-depth water; goal is riding a wave for 5 seconds

- Immersive courses: weekend/2-day beginner; 3- or 5-day improver and advanced (3 hours water + 1 hour theory per day; video on improver/advanced). Minimum 3, maximum 6 people, low season only
