Ocean Vertical is a B Corp–certified adventure company based at Hedderwick Hill Stables near Dunbar, running ethical outdoor trips across East Lothian and further into the Scottish Highlands. Surf sessions use Belhaven Bay and nearby east-coast beaches when the swell and weather line up, with coaches opening dates via a weekly wave mailing list rather than fixed slots.

Lessons
- Surf lessons — about 3 hours total with ~2 hours on water; beginner/intermediate; max 6 per group (min 3); age 12+; board, leash, wetsuit, boots, rash vest and transport to Belhaven Bay included
- Private 1:1 surf sessions available on request for improvers exploring local spots
- SUP Level 1 learn-to-paddle-board and Level 2 progression lessons
